Our WG = FSC (flat sharing community) is suitable for foreign "guests" who will working for a Swiss company, such as ABB, PSI, Alstom, General Electric for a period of time, or who are doing an internship or study. The main language of the community is therefore English.
The apartment is equipped with everything necessary, because most guests only arrive with 1-2 suitcases. The rent includes a lot of services.
The landlord is Swiss and assists the guests on request. Enjoy your stay in Switzerland, close to where you operate and benefit from the local knowledge of your landlord, who lives on the ground floor with his family.

Our apartment
The entrance to the WG is on the ground floor, with letterbox and Intercom system with door opener. Inside: wardrobe and staircase upstairs to the large reception hall. From here you can reach all rooms.
The living room is spacious and bright (48 m2). Large window fronts with electric blinds. A corner fireplace separates the living room from the dining area (decorative only). Bright, easy-care stone floor. Basic equipment: wall unit, dining area with sideboard, a big sitting sofa, flat-screen TV. Direct access to the south-facing balcony with covered seating area.

South-facing balcony approx. 22 m2
In front of the kitchen and the dining room there is a 13 m long south-facing balcony with a covered seating area. Ideal for sunbathing, chatting and eating.

The large living-kitchen with 16 m2 offers a lot of space. Modern, professional kitchen equipment. Many drawers and stowage possibilities. Cooking/sink area with anthracite-coloured granite top. 310 liters refrigerator, baking/grill-oven, dishwasher, large glass-ceramic hob with fume hood. The corner bench with a long dining table offers up to 10 seats. Direct access to the south balcony.

In the all-purpose room there are: modern washing machine, tumble dryer, large freezer, 2nd refrigerator 300 liters (operation by full occupancy). In the 4-door closet the residents can store their detergents and other kitchen articles. Direct access to the 2nd balcony.

The 2nd balcony is located in front of rooms 4 and 5 and is 9 meters long with a seat. Sunny from morning to noon.

The big bathroom in "black and white" is usually shared by the lady's of the WG.
